2 arrested on warrants after alleged sex act behind Government Center Station
A “concerned citizen” reported the alleged act to police.
A Fall River man and Boston woman were arrested on warrants Friday morning near Government Center Station after a “concerned citizen” reported an alleged sex act, according to an MBTA Transit Police release.
The citizen approached officers at the downtown Boston station shortly before 9 a.m. and said “there was a man and woman engaged in a sex act behind the station,” the release said.
“Upon arrival officers observed a male, later identified as Shannon O’Malley, 45, of Fall River adjusting his pants and a female, later identified as Meghan Dunn, 41, of Boston seated on a bench,” the release said. “The couple denied any sexual activity had taken place however officers subsequently discovered both Dunn and O’Malley had warrants in existence for their arrest.”
O’Malley’s warrant was out of Boston for disturbing the peace, and Dunn’s was out of Framingham for larceny, according to police. Both were taken into custody at the scene.
