Police arrest man accused of exposing himself to women at Nantasket Beach

Police have arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself to two women Monday at Hull’s Nantasket Beach.

Michael Fitzgerald, 28, of Quincy, faces a felony charge of open and gross lewdness, according to a release.

The Hull Police Department released a photo Tuesday morning of the suspect. Police then arrested Fitzgerald Tuesday afternoon at his home, after receiving help from the public and investigating.

The alleged incident happened around 4:10 p.m. Monday near Alden Street and Beach Avenue.

Fitzgerald was released on $2,040 bail, the release said, and was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
