Southie woman arrested after allegedly spitting on, assaulting disabled person on the T

A 20-year-old South Boston woman was arrested for allegedly spitting on and assaulting a disabled person on a train at Harvard Square.
MBTA police released photos of a suspect after the alleged incident happened around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday. They announced the arrest of Joanna Drafahl on Monday morning.
A release said her arrest was the direct result of tips from the public.
More information about the assault and the condition of the victim was not immediately available Monday morning. Drafahl was charged with assault and battery on a disabled person.
