Transit police arrested a Quincy man Tuesday after he allegedly took an upskirt video of a woman on an escalator in Broadway station.Yoa Wong, 27, was charged under the state’s upskirting law, according to authorities.Police were called to the scene around 7:45 p.m. A witness told officers that he was on an ascending escalator when he was bumped by Wong.“The witness believes he was passed and bumped by Wong so he (Wong) could better position himself with the victim,” officials said.The witness said he then saw Wong use his cellphone to record video under the victim’s skirt and between her legs as he stood behind her, according to police.The witness then followed Wong to Dorchester Avenue and stopped him from leaving while another person called police, authorities said.
