Police identify man shot to death in Dorchester residence
The 24-year-old from Boston died Wednesday morning.
Police say a 24-year-old from Boston was the victim of a daytime shooting inside a Dorchester home earlier this week. Boston police responded to reports of a person shot in the area of Milton Avenue around 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Officers found Donell Davis suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a residence near 66 Milton Ave. He was pronounced dead at the scene. “The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident,” police said Thursday.
