Police: Attleboro man wanted for ‘viciously’ assaulting and robbing a disabled person

Attleboro police are looking for a man who they say “viciously assaulted and robbed a disabled person” outside of an uptown business the evening of April 24. Cory Silva, 29, of Attleboro, is wanted on armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charges, officers wrote in a release. The incident resulted in “egregious bodily injury” to the victim, police said.Silva is known to frequent the Eastside area, according to the release.
