Police arrest 3 suspects in Downtown Crossing double stabbing
The two victims suffered life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Police have arrested three people connected to a double stabbing early Saturday morning that left two men seriously injured on a downtown Boston street, authorities announced Wednesday.
Miguel Esteves-Roman, of Boston, and Louis Williams and Charion Bradley, both of Roxbury, were arrested Tuesday following an investigation into the alleged attack, police said in a statement.
According to authorities, officers responded to a radio call for a person stabbed near 1 Summer St. in Downtown Crossing around 2:28 a.m. on April 20.
At the scene, they found a man suffering from a stab wound to his upper leg and a second man with a stab wound to his neck.
Both victims were brought to local hospitals with life-threatening injuries.
Around 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, police arrested Esteves-Roman, 42, near 40 Boylston St., officials said. He is charged with assault with intent to murder, mayhem, and assault and battery, according to police.
Williams, 36, was arrested around 5 p.m. near 5 Cleaves St. on a warrant and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, police said.
Authorities on Tuesday also arrested Bradley, 27, on a warrant. She faces charges of assault with intent to murder and mayhem, officials said.
All three suspects were slated to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
