Cambridge police have identified and are seeking a criminal charge against the man who allegedly threw another to the ground outside the McDonald’s restaurant on Alewife Brook Parkway on Wednesday.Police shared surveillance footage Thursday of the incident, requesting the public’s help in identifying the man in the black sweatshirt.

“You little twerp,” the victim was allegedly told. “You snooze, you lose.”
The victim reportedly suffered minor injuries. Police said the incident was random, and the two men didn’t know each other.
