A Boston man told officers he wasn’t responsible for breaking a window at the Mass. Ave. MBTA station, but he was arrested at the scene after they saw him in the act on surveillance footage, according to MBTA Transit Police.
Nicholas Sullivan, 25, kicked in and cracked the window around 1:26 a.m. Wednesday “for no apparent reason,” police said.
Officers were called to the scene by an MBTA employee who witnessed the incident. Sullivan was taken into custody and brought to transit police headquarters for booking, according to police.
