Boston man arrested for allegedly assaulting two women on the Esplanade
Joel Musipli, 26, has been taken into custody, police said.
A man who allegedly indecently assaulted two women on the Esplanade on Aug. 9 while riding by them on a bicycle has been taken into custody, according to Massachusetts State Police.While riding a bike just west of Community Boating that afternoon, Joel Musipli, 26, of Boston, grabbed the buttocks of two women, police said.Following the incident, police posted photos — captured by surveillance cameras along the path — of the suspect in an effort to learn his identity.A member of the public recognized a man from one of the department’s social media posts while in Charlestown Thursday and notified troopers, police said.That man, identified as Musipli, was being booked for the alleged crimes, according to police.
