This is what $20 million hidden in a box spring looks like
When Massachusetts authorities announced earlier this month that they had seized $20 million in cash hidden in a box spring in a Westborough apartment, it begged the question: What exactly does that look like?
Now, we have our answer:

On Monday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of Massachusetts tweeted the above photo. In addition to seizing the cash, authorities arrested Cleber Rene Rizerio Rocha, a 28-year-old Brazilian national, in connection with conspiring to launder proceeds from the massive TelexFree pyramid scheme.
In 2014, TelexFree’s co-founders, Carlos Wanzeler and James Merrill, were indicted on charges that they operated the company as a pyramid scheme. Merrill pleaded guilty to charges in October 2016 and is awaiting sentencing, while Wanzeler allegedly fled to Brazil, where he remains, authorities said.
