Police seeking public’s help to identify suspect in Reading commercial break-ins

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect in several commercial business break-ins that took place in Reading over the past month. A surveillance image of the suspect was released by authorities.
The reported incidents occurred on October 8 and October 23 during the early morning hours, police said in a statement Thursday. The affected businesses were all located in the Reading Square area.
The suspect was described as a white man between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10, according to police. He is pictured wearing blue jeans, a dark blue sweatshirt, dark colored hat, white sneakers, and black gloves. Police said the logos on his sweatshirt and hat were described as “distinctive or unique.”
