Tia Ludwick, 23, of Fitchburg, was arrested Wednesday by Massachusetts authorities and charged with being a fugitive from the justice.
Ludwick will be charged with felony murder and robbery charges when she is extradited to Maine, according to police.
On October 16, Morin was found dead inside his car on Lower PD Road in Sherman, the Portland Press Herald reported. Police said they now believe his death was drug related.
Two men were previously arrested in connection with Morin’s murder, police said. Marcus Asante, 20, of Fitchburg, was arrested Friday, while 27-year-old Darin Goulding was arrested Tuesday, according to the Herald.
Police said Asante and Goulding are also being held in Massachusetts on fugitive from justice charges. They will both face a murder charge when they are returned to Maine, according to authorities.
Goulding appeared in court Wednesday in Massachusetts, while Ludwick and Asante were expected to appear in court Thursday, according to police.
