Batista was arraigned Wednesday in Somerville District Court and was ordered to consume no alcohol and be subject to random screens, according to the DA’s office.

Her bail was set at $250 cash, but she was then ordered held because of a probation violation from Salem District Court, the DA’s office said. Batista is expected back in court on December 1.
