Man found dead in New Hampshire park Sunday identified

The man whose body was found in a Manchester, New Hampshire, park Sunday has been identified, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office announced in a statement Tuesday.Richard Carlson, 61, of Manchester, was discovered deceased around 6 a.m. in Prout Park after police received a report from a passer-by, police said.Carlson’s death was determined to be a homicide by the state’s chief medical examiner, according to the Attorney General’s office.The investigation into the death is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact Manchester police at 603-668-8711.
