2 Natick teens arrested after scaring woman as part of a ‘social experiment’
Two Natick teens were arrested Friday after wearing masks and lunging at a woman, attempting to scare her in what they called a “prank” or “social experiment,” according to the MetroWest Daily News.
Chandler Ortiz, 18, and a 17-year-old male juvenile were both charged with disorderly conduct, the Daily News reported.
The teens allegedly approached a woman on Friday while she was taking out the trash behind a bank on Main Street. She fled when one of them lunged at her, fearing that they planned to rob or assault her, according to the Daily News.
Police arrested the teens later that day, who allegedly showed no remorse for their actions and said they were “just playing a prank” to see if they could scare the woman.
