Third suspect in fatal high school shooting held without bail
The third suspect arrested in the shooting death of 17-year-old Raekwon Brown outside Jeremiah E. Burke High School was held without bail on one count of murder and two counts of armed assault with intent to murder at his arraignment on Tuesday.

Police arrested Jaden Waiters 20, on Monday in connection with the murder of Brown. Brown was shot and killed near his school on June 8. Police discovered four gunshot wound victims at the scene. Three of the victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of injuries that were not life threatening.
Two men, Jonathan Aguasvivas, 23, of Roxbury, and Benzy Bain, 24, of Mattapan, were arrested and charged with murder on June 22 in connection with the shooting. They face the same charges as Waiters.
Waiters was arraigned in Dorchester Municipal Court. The three men are due back in court Sept. 7.
“To … Raekwon’s family, again, I can only hope that the news of today’s third arrest brings with it some small measure of comfort and solace,” Police Commissioner William Evans said in a statement on Monday.
Waiters’ attorney did not immediately return a phone call for comment.
