Somerville man accused of indecently assaulting 13-year-old girl on MBTA bus

A Somerville man allegedly indecently assaulted a 13-year-old girl Sunday on a Kendall Square-bound MBTA bus.
Yunior Mayorga-Gavez, 21, was arrested at Kendall Square station around 10 p.m. that night after being positively identified by witnesses, according to MBTA Transit Police. He faces a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person under 14, police said.
The victim’s mother reported the incident to the responding officer.
After his arrest, Mayorga-Galvez was taken to transit police headquarters for booking and was expected to be arraigned Monday in Cambridge District Court.
