Police arrest second suspect in connection to shooting at Burlington Mall

Burlington police

have arrested a second suspect in connection to a shooting at the Burlington Mall that took place earlier this year.

Police arrested a 15-year-old Lowell male Wednesday, who they say will face multiple charges in Lowell Juvenile Court. His name has been withheld.

The shooting, which occurred on the evening of April 14 in the mall’s parking lot, left one man suffering from gunshot wounds that weren’t considered to be life-threatening, police said. At the time, they believed the shooter and victim knew each other.

On Tuesday, police arrested 19-year-old Noel Semprit in connection to the incident.
