The FBI arrested a reputed New England mobster in Florida on Monday and charged him with perjury in connection to a 1993 murder, reports The Boston Globe.

The FBI arrested 70-year-old Robert P. DeLuca and charged him with lying to investigators over the murder of South Boston nightclub manager Steven A. DiSarro, according to the Globe. The arrest comes three months after DiSarro’s remains were found in Providence after an unidentified person called in a tip.

DeLuca was arrested in Coral Springs with the assistance of Massachusetts and Rhode Island state police.

Boston gangster Stephen “The Rifleman” Flemmi, who told authorities he walked in on the murder of DiSarro, also told officials that Francis “Cadillac Frank” Salemme told him DeLuca “was present during the burial” of DiSarro, reports the Globe.
