Paddle Boston temporarily shutters Allston location after worker tests positive for coronavirus
Officials said all staff members will be tested during the closure.
Paddle Boston, a canoe and kayak rental company, announced Sunday afternoon that it will be closing its Allston/Brighton location along the Charles River through at least Wednesday after a staff member tested positive with the coronavirus.
During the closure, officials said all staff members will be tested.
According to the company’s website, anyone who had reservations for Sunday will be given full refunds or credits to paddle another time.
We had one staff member at our Boston location test positive for Covid-19. We are closing this site through at least Wednesday 8/5 so our staff can get tested. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you have a rental that you would like to cancel or reschedule.
