Trader Joe’s is coming to Allston
Trader Joe’s will open a store in Allston next year, reports The Boston Globe.
The company will lease the 13,000-square foot store on the ground floor of Continuum, an apartment and retail building on Western Avenue.
The store will open in an area of Allston that has seen a lot of growth lately. There’s a science and engineering complex in the works across the street, as well as apartments, restaurants, and a hotel under development down the road. Continuum, comprised of 325 apartments, opened last year.
Trader Joe’s has 18 stores in Massachusetts.
