A Haitian restaurant in Dorchester, a sushi joint near Beacon Hill, and a sports bar in Fenway are among the Boston restaurants with a number of serious health code violations this year, Boston Business Journal reports.

City health inspectors found a total of 1,181 violations at area restaurants from the beginning of the year through Nov. 29, according to BBJ. About 21 percent of those were Level 3 violations, which are identified as health violations that can lead to food-borne illnesses.

Natifnatal Restaurant on Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester received 11 such Level 3 violations, the most of any food establishment in Boston. One of those violations was given for “raw chicken being stored at soiled drainboard with dish detergent while warewashing,’’ according to city inspectors.

Blue Fuji, a sushi and Asian food restaurant near the State House, had eight Level 3 violations, the second-most in the city. One of those was for a can of roach spray found under the service counter, according to city inspectors.

The popular sports bar Jerry Remy’s, located near Fenway Park, received four Level 3 violations, including one for an empty sanitizer container in the main kitchen.
