RMV joins Twitter, looks forward to your delightful, enthusiastic feedback

You can now take your complaints about the Registry of Motor Vehicles to Twitter.

The RMV announced Monday it had launched a Twitter account to share news, service updates, and links to online RMV services, and to handle customer service concerns.

The account’s first tweet was clocked on August 10. By the end of that day, it had already dealt with what’s likely to be a common complaint: wait times.

If the Twitter feed of another state transportation agency, the MBTA, is any indication, whoever’s running this one may have their hands full from time to time.
