Kitten rescued from Mass. Pike connector tunnel in Boston

Massachusetts State Police via Facebook

A kitten “decided to play a little hide and seek” Sunday in the Mass. Pike connector tunnel in Boston, state police said in a Facebook post.

After receiving multiple calls, police stopped traffic and the Animal Rescue League of Boston saved the “little gal.”

“This little kitten looks like she has been through a lot, as she has lost quite a bit of fur on her tail from some sort of burn,” police said. “Her prognosis is good however, and she will be up for adoption soon, when she is medically cleared.”

Police then asked people to help name her on Facebook.
