Some good news.
For YEARS we’ve talked about improving the experience on the Love Letters site. Things break, they’re hard to fix, etc. We’ve updated the system for easier use – as of today. We’ve also freshened up our look.
This shouldn’t be a big change, and things should work better and faster. The day’s letter will still be found on the Boston.com homepage.
Bookmarks to know: On the main Love Letters page, the letters go in order. But bookmark HERE if you always want the day’s letter to be the first thing you see.
Some thoughts:
Moderation for comments will be the same or “better” (depending on your definition of “better”). If you feel you’re being over-moderated in an unusual way, please let us know here. If you’re wondering about our discussion guidelines, they are the same as they’ve always been – and here they are.
I miss some old commenters. Feel free to return, friends. I’m hoping our new setup makes things nice and friendly for you.
If there is ANYTHING you miss, are confused by, or need to vent about, please use this form or e-mail [email protected].
I’m sure there will be some hiccups, but hopefully this will make our experience easier. Comment away.
