Love Letters podcast: How to change

The Love Letters podcast launches Season 10, a deep dive into stories about how to be better and happier.

Many of us would like to be sharper. Nicer. Less anxious. Happier. More present in our daily lives.

Better at relationships.

But … how do we do it?

The new season of the Love Letters podcast attempts to answer this question. Guests tell stories about moments in their lives where they made a big personal change – and how they pulled it off. They include:

  • The story of a woman who moved to Italy – with her ex-husband! – and got happier.
  • The story of a woman who changed during menopause, and got better at finding the right kind of love.
  • The one about the couple that decided the best marital therapy might be psilocybin.

And, in this season’s first episode, a story about a young woman who develops terrible anxiety after caregiving for a parent. The thing that changed her for the better? Becoming a clown. Literally. Red nose and all. She’ll explain.
