Some excellent Love Letters news: On Aug. 27, Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be in town to screen his feature-length directorial debut, “Don Jon,” at a local movie theater. The film deals with topics that are frequently discussed on Love Letters (dating, gender roles, porn, expectations, commitment, doing it, etc.) After the movie, I’ll moderate a Q&A with Mr. Gordon-Levitt about the project (with audience participation, of course).
