18 restaurants serving up Dine Out Boston deals for the first time
The weeklong food fest starts Monday.
If you love going out to eat and also love scoring a good deal, you’re in luck: From March 6-11 and March 13-18, 170 participating local eateries will offer prix fixe menus at varying special prices thanks to Dine Out Boston (formerly known as Restaurant Week).
Lunch costs $15, $20, or $25, and dinner runs $28, $33, or $38, depending on the restaurant. The event is sponsored by the Greater Boston Convention & Bureau and American Express.
Diners will also have a chance to win a $100 gift certificate through an Instagram contest. All you have to do is take a photo of your meal at a participating restaurant, tag it with #DineOutBoston, and share it on your social channels. Each day, the person who gets the most “votes’’ (meaning the combination of likes, shares, and retweets from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter combined) on his or her photo will score a gift card to one of the Dine Out Boston restaurants picked at random.
There are also 18 restaurants participating in this Dine Out Boston for the first time. Here’s a list of all the establishments that decided to join the fun this time around:
