Lucky Chip is a London, England-based pop-up restaurant specializing in elaborate hamburgers, almost all of which are named after American pop culture icons.

This is their “Mark Wahlberg’’ burger, named after the Boston actor, which launched just a few weeks ago. The hamburger has since been given a different name, per request of Wahlberg’s lawyers, who sent a cease and desist letter to the burger joint last week.

According to the Evening Standard, Wahlberg thought that Lucky Chip was “competing with his brand [Wahlbergers] and giving the false impression he endorsed their product.’’

The burger was initially named after Wahlberg because Lucky Chip’s owner, Ben Denner, is a big fan.

“I think he’s a great dude. I’m a fan of a lot of his movies,’’ he told the Evening Standard.

The dish, which is made up of a “35 day aged Long-horn beef patty, braised beef short rib, American Cheese, pickled coleslaw, Sriracha Kewpie mayo and spicy BBQ sauce’’ has been renamed the Dirk Diggler, in honor of Marky Mark’s Boogie Nights character.

Denner told the Standard he has no hard feelings.
