Bronwyn in Somerville is going hog wild for Pig Week this month

Dishes will focus on a different part of the pig every night of the week.

Union Square German bar and restaurant Bronwyn is doing its best to crush your New Year’s resolution diets, but in the best way possible: by cooking up a week’s worth of swine. The second annual Pig Week will kick off Tuesday, January 19, and run through Sunday, January 24, with each night featuring a dish based on a single part of the pig.

The menu is as follows:

Tuesday, January 19: FEET Trotters Waffles Fried pork feet terrine, buttermilk waffle, bratwurst gravy

Wednesday, January 20: OFFAL Knödel Spicy pork liver dumpling, choi greens, crispy pig ears
