Happy Lemon , a global chain that opened with locations in the UK, Japan, and the Philippines, has opened a Boston location in Downtown Crossing, according to Eater Boston.
So what is salted cheese tea?

Don’t worry, you won’t find chunks of cheese in your drink. The salt and cheese flavor is in the thick foam on the top to “enhance the original flavor of [the] drink,’’ according to Happy Lemon’s video for the rock salt cheese series.
