A new Boston startup is getting in on the alcohol delivery game
Another Boston-based startup joins Drizly in the alcohol delivery app business.
Buttery was founded by two former Verizon software engineers, and launched last month with 16 local Boston-area retailers on board, BetaBoston reports.
The free app is different from Drizly in that it aims to provide a service for liquor stores as well as customers, according to BetaBoston. Buttery displays store inventories and allows customers to search for specific products across all stores.
The app currently offers over 30,000 products for delivery or pickup.
