Recipe for carrot hobo pack

Serves 6

24small carrots 2tablespoons unsalted butterSalt, to taste

1. Light a charcoal grill or set a gas grill to medium-high.

2. Cut a piece of heavy duty foil about 2 feet long. Fold the foil in half. Place the carrots, butter, and salt on the foil and fold over the edges to seal the packet tightly.

3. Place the packet on the grill and cook for 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender when pierced with the tip of a knife (open them carefully to test).

4. Remove the packet from the grill and rest for 10 minutes. Open the packet carefully. Adapted from Lineage Restaurant
