Recipe for strawberry yogurt parfaits

Serves 4

1pint strawberries, hulled and quartered 2teaspoons honey, or more if necessaryHandful fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced1½cups plain Greek yogurt8squares graham crackers, coarsely crushed

1. Have on hand four 6-ounce glasses.

2. In a bowl, combine the strawberries and honey; toss well. Add the mint, stir, and set aside for 1 hour. Taste and add more honey, if you like.

3. In the glasses, layer the strawberry mixture with the yogurt and graham crackers, drizzling the yogurt with some berry
