A favorite pop-up known for its bagels and long lines now has guests standing in line outside of a brick-and-mortar space. Owner Jordan Renouf is baking bagels daily, along with offering coffee, matcha, sandwiches, and other goods in a space he described as his “version of a little Vermont general store.”

Fallow Kin

The long wait is over for Fallow Kin, from the team behind Tallula, open now in the former Craigie on Main space. Though not just a vegetarian restaurant, this eatery makes veggies the star, with menu items like creamed kale with Vermont cheddar and smoky cabbage in seaweed broth. Another noble feature of the menu is the zero-waste section, featuring a wagyu beef burger and confit duck skewers.
