A critically acclaimed seafood restaurant known for its brown butter lobster roll is rolling out a second version of its famous dish soon.

Eventide Fenway, the “fine-casual” sibling of Portland, Maine, restaurant Eventide Oyster Co., teased the existence of a new “cold roll” on its Instagram page last month.

According to an Eventide representative, the new cold roll will feature lobster salad with a dill and lemon mayo served on a griddled bun. Like the brown butter lobster roll, the cold roll will sell for $19. While Eventide’s owners are still trying to figure out when exactly the dish will debut, signs point to Memorial Day weekend.

The cold roll may be a little ways off, but the restaurant does have a new ballpark-themed dish on the menu for Red Sox opening day: a house-made knackwurst with a choice of either sauerkraut with maple-mustard or baked beans with kimchi relish.
