Jason Heard could cook your Thanksgiving dinner this year

Chef Jason Heard, of Coppersmith. Josh Reynolds for The Boston Globe

Jason Heard is known by those still mourning Inman Square’s East Coast Grill for his southern inspired menu, and by frequent visitors at South Boston’s Coppersmith for his international take on classic bar fare—but the Boston chef could be known by your family as the cook behind your Thanksgiving dinner.

Coppersmith will be offering the restaurant’s first ever “Thanksgiving to Go” option, with the main meal prepared by Heard himself, according to the restaurant.

Interested customers can choose between smoked turkey, bone-in ham, and brisket along with nine side dishes, including options like sausage and oyster stuffing, cornbread stuffing, garlic mash, macaroni and cheese, and chunky spiced apple sauce. And because Heard knows Thanksgiving is all about the gravy, customers can also choose between nine sauces like creole gravy, cheerwine honey sauce, and spicy molasses.

Customers who save room for dessert can feast on bread pudding, pumpkin pie with bourbon whipped cream, and chocolate pecan pie with rum caramel sauce.

Starting prices for proteins begin at $150, sides at $35, and desserts at $30.

Orders can be made in person or online, according to the restaurant. All protein orders must be placed by Tuesday, November 15, and side dish orders by Monday, November 21. Your feast will be ready for pick up on Wednesday, November 23.

And for those who aren’t culinarily inclined, don’t worry. All orders come with reheating instructions.
