Union Square Donuts may have left its pop-up location in Inman Square this week, but if you stop by the storefront this summer, you can still find a sweet treat.
The dairy-free ice cream brand, FoMu, will open its Cambridge pop-up location on May 3, FoMu posted to its Facebook page Monday. The satellite storefront, next to Clover Food Lab, will be open for three months.
Deena Jalal, co-owner of FoMu with her husband, Hin Tang, told Boston magazine the 150-square foot space will serve an “abbreviated list” of its vegan and dairy-free flavors like strawberry rhubarb pie, lavender, and peanut butter mud pie.
FoMu opened its first café in Allston in 2012 and has an additional location in Jamaica Plain, with a third on the way to the South End. Its products are also sold by the pint at Whole Foods.
