A new pop-up food marketplace in Chestnut Hill will feature the wares of more than 20 local entrepreneurs.

At CommonWealth Kitchen at The Street, open this Friday through the month of May, visitors will be able to buy ginger scallion sauce from Fresh Zen, spicy pickle relish from This Haiti, fresh salsa from Nola’s Fresh Foods, honey sweetened marshmallows from Apotheker’s Kitchen, and small batch ice cream from Little G Ice Cream Co.

CommonWealth Kitchen, based in Dorchester, is a collaborative community that offers kitchen space and advice to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to build food companies. The pop-up is a chance for customers to meet the entrepreneurs behind those companies, as the business owners don’t operate brick-and-mortar stores.

The CommonWealth Kitchen at The Street will be open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.

Correction: A previous version of this story stated that Jamaica Mi Hungry and The Dining Car would have food trucks stationed outside of the marketplace. In fact, they will operate within the storefront. Boston.com regrets the error.
