Finding an open grocery store on Thanksgiving Day can be difficult — major chains like Trader Joes, Stop & Shop, and Whole Foods may be closed for the holiday, but several smaller establishments will remain open this year.
Keep in mind that Massachusetts Blue Laws prohibit alcohol sales Thanksgiving Day, so make sure to buy ahead if you need beverages.
