Dunkin’ will offer free coffee for National Coffee Day

The company also announced a coffee-scented candle and car freshener in partnership with fragrance brand Homesick.

New England’s favorite coffee chain has some special treats in store for National Coffee Day. 

On Sunday, Sept. 29, Dunkin’ Rewards members can treat themselves to one free medium-sized hot or iced coffee through purchase on the Dunkin’ app.

For those who love the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning, Dunkin’ will also offer a new coffee-scented candle and car freshener. 

Dunkin’ has teamed up with fragrance brand Homesick for a “sweet-scented collection” featuring a candle and car freshener. The “Original Blend Candle” ($34.95) replicates a Dunkin’ morning brew, with notes of espresso bean, cold brewed coffee, and cream.

The “Perfect Combo Car Freshener” ($12) combines the classic Dunkin’ frosted strawberry sprinkle doughnut and ice coffee with cream in the shape of an iced coffee and doughnut. The collection will be available starting Friday, Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. on the Homesick website.
