Samin Nosrat of ‘Salt Fat Acid Heat’ fame is coming to Boston
The chef will be in town for a conversation and book signing on May 1.
Author and star of the globetrotting Netflix documentary “Salt Fat Acid Heat,’’ Samin Nosrat’s next stop is a bit more local. The Emerson Colonial Theatre announced Monday that the chef will be in town for a conversation and book signing on May 1.
Tickets, from $35-$45, go on sale to the general public Friday, Mar. 15. There will also be a small number of $75 tickets for the “VIP experience’’: a glass of Veuve Cliquot champagne and the chance to meet Nosrat before the show.
