Cambridge is ranked the top mid-sized city for food
Cambridge is home to top-ranking universities like Harvard and MIT, but a new ranking places the city tops for foodies.
A Gogobot ranking revealed that when diversity, farmer’s markets, restaurants, food trucks, fast food places, and Gogobot user rankings are all combined, Cambridge is the best mid-sized city to visit if you’re a foodie.
According to Gogobot, Cambridge did well in every category, but it was the abundance of farmer’s markets that really put it at the top of the list.
“Even in the winter there are two farmers markets keeping local eateries like The Russell House Tavern and Toscanini’s running,’’ wrote Gogobot.
