Trillium is now delivering its beer to your doorstep
Customers are also able to place an order for expedited pickup.
Virtual happy hour is about to get a whole lot better.
On Wednesday, Trillium Brewing Co. announced that it is now offering pickup and delivery with their new Beer To Go service. The Canton-based brewery, which also has taprooms in the Fenway and Fort Point as well as a Greenway beer garden, is known for drawing long lines of fans with every new release.
But Beer To Go now allows Trillium enthusiasts to choose from two options: Expedited pickup, with orders available in just 30 minutes at the Canton, Fenway, or Fort Point locations; and delivery, which is available Tuesdays through Saturdays and requires a minimum order of two cases. Customers can order by 2 p.m. for free next day delivery between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., though there is a limit of 50 customers per day. Someone 21 years or older must be at home to sign for the order.
Since launching delivery, Trillium’s original delivery area included south of I-90, east of I-95, and north of I-93, but it will expand its radius as the new system is worked out.
The award-winning brewery landed in the news in February when the RateBeer Best Awards named Trillium No. 3 in the Best Brewers in the World category.
