“Real Housewives of Rhode Island” is coming to Bravo.

The network announced May 7 that the 11th installment of its Real Housewives series — the first ever set in New England — will look “into the world of a tight-knit circle of Rhode Islanders who have deep community roots and families that go back generations.

“With aspirational lives, thriving businesses, and tangled family dynamics, these decade-long friendships prove that in a state this small, there’s no escaping your past … or each other,” Bravo wrote.

Executive produced by popular TV and radio host Andy Cohen, not much is yet known about the series, including who is cast, filming locations or airdate.

Who will be the first to throw a Del’s in someone’s face? Or an iced Dunks? To fight over a parking spot at Providence Place Mall? Cause drama at WaterFire? How many references will there be to Taylor Swift’s Westerly mansion? Or Thames Street? Or clear chowder?

Bonus points to the Housewife who eventually introduces Cohen to coffee milk and clam cakes, or takes him to a Grateful Dead cover band at The Met.

The internet has thoughts on cast (see a particularly inspired one below) and put-it-on-t-shirt quotes: “I’m coming out of my shell, and I WON’T clam up!” (Actually pretty solid.)

Rhode Island Gov. Dan McKee got in on the fun, tweeting: “You can find me where the chowder’s clear, the coffee’s milk, and the Housewives are Real,” along a Real Housewives image with the quote: “You’re, like, blood type Pinot Grigio” with the wine crossed out, and “Coffee milk” written in. US Weekly guessed at some cast members: model/ Miss Rhode Island 2012 Olivia Culpo, former View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and “Will & Grace” alum Debra Messing.
