2025 TV preview: Your guide to new and returning shows
A full 2025 TV preview, including a complete list of premiere dates for shows like "Yellowjackets," "Severance," and "Reacher."
After a couple of down years due to lasting impacts from the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, the 2025 TV calendar is shaping up to be a strong one.
The list of 2025 TV premiere dates is full of exciting new shows, audience favorites returning for a new season, and a mix of reboots, revivals, and spinoffs.
In the next couple of months, we will see the return of Apple TV+‘s “Severance” (Jan. 17), Showtime’s “Yellowjackets” (Feb. 14), and HBO‘s “The White Lotus” (Feb. 16), to name a few.
For reality fans, there are new seasons of “Love is Blind” (Feb. 14), “Survivor” (Feb. 26), and a Boston-area woman looking for love on “The Bachelor” (Jan. 27).

Right now the 2025 TV calendar is only fleshed out through spring. But you can expect more premiere dates to be announced in the coming weeks and months. Shows that have been renewed but still have TBA release dates include Season 2 of HBO’s “The Last of Us,” Season 4 of FX’s “The Bear,” and the fifth and final season of Netflix‘s “Stranger Things,” which has been on hiatus since 2022.
