Wheel of Fortune is looking for contestants in Boston

The Wheelmobile: Coming soon to Boston. Provided

Haven’t you always dreamed of spinning the Wheel of Fortune, buying a letter from Pat Sajak, and shouting your guesses at Vanna White? Well, here’s your chance.

Wheel of Fortune is coming to Boston with their “Wheelmobile” — an RV that tours the country searching for contestants — in two weeks.

On Oct. 8 and 9, the Wheelmobile will be stationed in the Faneuil Hall Marketplace between the hall and Quincy Market, according to a statement from the Marketplace.

Hopeful contestants will fill out application forms, and five will be randomly selection to play a sample version of the game in each of the three Wheelmobile “shows,” which are aimed at scoping out the best possible contestants.

After the shows, contestants with the most potential will be called back for a final round of auditions. A few randomly selected applicants who never got the chance to play the Wheelmobile game will be invited, too. These will take place in the Boston area in several months.

There are a few special eligibility requirements, so make sure to check out this list before you show up and start guessing Wheel of Fortune phrases.
