Jimmy Fallon and Meghan Trainor reminisced about that time she wiped out on ‘The Tonight Show’
He invited her to a club for bad falls on the late-night program.
The last time Nantucket-bred pop star and sequin lover Meghan Trainor was a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she fell down. As in: She wiped out center stage at the very end of performing her song “Me Too” with her band.

Returning to the late-night show on Monday to promote yet another new single of hers — “Better” featuring Yo Gotti — Trainor and Fallon reminisced about her tumble down this past May.
“I can’t be the only person that’s fallen on this stage,” she said.

“Anyone ever fell?” Jimmy asked the show’s band, The Roots.
Turns out, one of the biggest plunges to the Tonight Show floor came from Fallon himself. Fallon pulled up a clip from the time he had Chelsea Handler on the show and he took out a whole countertop of glassware.

“My hand went into broken glass,” he said, and then looked at Questlove and asked, “What are you laughing at?”
“I’m not laughing,” Questlove responded. “I’m cringing.” (Same.)

“But anyways, so we know you’re not the only person,” Fallon added. “Me and you, pal. We’re in the club.”
