Katie Nolan explains what kind of Boston sports fans her parents are

Garbage Time host Katie Nolan stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday to discuss the antics her parents pull when it comes to watching sports.
“My dad is the kind who, when the team does poorly one time, is immediately like, ‘Eh, Red Sox are done this season,’” she told Kimmel.
Her mom is completely different.
“She’s very superstitious,” Nolan said. “She made me watch an entire game in the bathroom once because I was in the bathroom when Big Papi made a home run, and therefore, if I were to leave the bathroom we would lose.”

So how many innings did she spend in the bathroom? Six. “It was an early home run for us to be that superstitious.”
